Surfaces WE PLAN FOR IN ADVANCE

Exterior cleaning is safe when it’s done correctly. From experience, we know that certain features around your home need to be planned for before cleaning such as:

We are fully equipped and trained to safely clean these surfaces, adjust our process when needed, and protect them during and after service…

Providing you the safest cleaning experience possible.

What WE Clean

Most exterior cleaning jobs involve removing mold, algae, and organic staining. In addition to that, we also handle:

If any of these stains are identified, we’ll point them out and explain the best course of action before any work begins.

Many minor stains, such as small rust spots on siding, can often be removed as part of a standard house wash.

Larger or more involved issues, such as oxidation removal, are considered a separate service and require additional time, products, and pricing.

How Our Estimating Process Works

Our Simple Process

Estimates are typically done online and are based on photos and property size.

We may request pictures to accurately assess the surface, size, and access.

In some cases, an on-site visit may be required for specialty stains or large jobs.

This allows us to provide accurate pricing while saving you time and avoiding unnecessary visits.

Our House Washing Process

Every home is different, but our process is followed step by step on every job.
Before We Arrive
  • Choose a soap smell of your choice (cherry or lemon).
  • You’ll get a notification when we’re on the way, so there are no surprises.
  • We check in with you (if you’re home) to go over any specific concerns or areas you want us to focus on.
  • We connect to your water spigot.
  • We perform a full property inspection and take “before” photos.
    • These photos are uploaded to your post-job experience survey so you can clearly see the before and after.
    • This protects both your home and our work by documenting the condition prior to cleaning.
  • We identify, protect, and plan around sensitive areas such as doors, windows, plants, doorbells, and landscaping.
    • Depending on the surface/paint color, we may also perform test spots.
  • Items will be moved or covered if needed.
  • All plants are pre-watered to protect them before any solution is applied.
  • We apply our soft wash cleaning solution using a low-pressure system designed specifically for homes.
    • Our solution kills and removes mold, algae, and organic growth at the root.
  • We may brush gutters or other surfaces with a soft-bristle brush, depending on the job.
  • Plants are rinsed again during and after application.
    • A neutralizer is used to ensure no damage to landscaping.
  • Windows receive a final rinse using a reverse osmosis water to leave a clean, spot-free finish.
    • This prevents most hard water spots and streaking.
  • We take final “after” photos to share with you.
  • We notify you once the job is complete.
  • If you’re home, we’ll walk the property with you to make sure everything meets your expectations.

Our Pressure Washing Process

Every surface is different, but our pressure washing process is controlled and followed step by step on every job.
Before We Arrive
  • You’ll receive a notification when we’re on the way, so there are no surprises.
  • We check in with you (if you’re home) to go over any specific concerns or areas you want us to focus on.
  • We connect to your water spigot.
  • We perform an inspection and take “before” photos.
    • These photos are uploaded to your post-job experience survey so you can clearly see the before and after.
  • This protects both your home and our work by documenting the condition prior to cleaning.
  • We identify surface type and condition to determine the correct pressure and cleaning method.
  • Surrounding areas such as siding, windows, and landscaping are protected as needed.
  • Items may be moved or blocked off for safety.
  • We use pressure washing only on appropriate surfaces, such as:
    • Concrete
    • Bricks or Pavers
    • Wood and composite decks
  • Pressure levels are adjusted to safely clean without causing surface damage.
    • Too much pressure could cause damage to a surface like wood.
  • Stubborn buildup is treated with controlled passes rather than excessive pressure.
  • All cleaned areas are thoroughly rinsed.
  • We inspect the surface to ensure consistent results.
  • “After” photos are taken and uploaded for your review.
  • We notify you once the job is complete.
  • If you’re home, we’ll review the work with you to make sure everything meets expectations.
  • After concrete cleaning, we recommend sealing to help slow future growth.
    • Our product recommendation is BEHR Premium Protector & Waterproofer
  • Many homeowners choose to apply a sealer themselves to keep costs down.
    • If you book another service like window cleaning, we will perform the work free of charge and just charge you for the sealer.

Our Roof Washing Process

Roof cleaning requires a careful, low-pressure approach to protect your shingles and surrounding property.
Before We Arrive
  • You’ll receive a notification when we’re on the way.
  • Choose a soap smell of your choice (cherry or lemon).
  • We perform a roof inspection and identify areas of heavy mold or algae growth.
  • “Before” photos are taken and uploaded to your post-job experience survey.
  • Surrounding plants and landscaping are pre-watered for protection.
  • Gutters and drainage areas are prepared for runoff collection.
  • Safety and access points are confirmed before cleaning begins.
  • Heavy mold buildup may be loosened by brushing when needed before treatment.
  • We apply a roof-safe, low-pressure cleaning solution designed to kill mold and algae at the root.
    • Moss Growth is allowed to break down naturally, with rinsing performed where appropriate. In most cases, it will fall off the roof on its own over time.
    • Light staining often clears quickly, while heavier black streaks may continue improving over the following days.
  • Roof runoff is collected from the gutter system.
  • Waste is neutralized before disposal to protect landscaping and the surrounding environment.
  • Final rinsing is performed where necessary.
  • “After” photos are taken to document results.
  • You’ll be notified once the job is complete.
  • Results may continue to improve over time as the treatment fully works.
  • If we notice a lot of granular loss, we may recommend a roof rejuvenation service to restore flexibility, improve granule adhesion, and extend roof life.
  • This would be a service performed in the future after cleaning and can only be identified during the cleaning.
